Jermaine Parker is the new head coach at GW Danville. Parker has been the JV coach the past couple of seasons as he went undefeated last year. Parker takes over for Ron Parsons who retired in April.

The kids love him and he loves the kids. Excellent hire. I got a chance to talk to him last year at the Tunstall game. He's a disciplinarian and a character coach. Very neat guy and is not afraid to tell his guys to " pull your pants up" without them wolfing back at him. They will be a lot more disciplined and focused imo.
