I have seen both of these teams play Fc vs Jb and GW vs Radford both teams looked really bad when I saw them play. GW had no pass D and did not want to hit Grant at all fc didn't play as a team and #9 and #24 had to do basically all of the work. Now with that said and no disrespect to RR but they are not Radford this year not many teams are lol the point I'm making is fc hasn't seen any level of competition like GW has and they haven't seen anything like GW this year. We will be way faster than anything they have seen so far and way bigger. We have seen Richlands, Belfry KY, and Radford we have all the weapons to play with any team out there we just need to step up and play. I know fc has some players out against us and RR but to be honest I don't think it would matter if they played or not when we had success against Radford we made it look easy just like they did to us now yes 2 of our TD's came against there jv but our first came early in the 1st Q. And we just moved them out of our way and did what we want I think this will be how the whole game is going to go against fc. From what I've seen GW is faster, bigger, stronger and we have more weapons I just don't see fc being able to do anything of note against us. Now don't get me wrong I've said it on here before if fc can come out and throw on us they stand a chance but so would any team in the state but they do not have anything to worry us in the run game. The only time we will see anything even close to what we saw week 1 is against Galax. The point is fc has some speed but not enough they have some size but not even close to enough they have talent but not enough. The QB will not have enough time to throw and if they do break a run they will get caught unless we fall down. With all of that said this should get bad quick I see the same type of game as GW vs Radford with the exception of GW being the hammer this time and fc being the nail. GW-63 fc-10 this is not to start crap just a conversation safe travels to all who are traveling to any games Friday and good luck to the pioneers

I don't think it will be that bad but I could be wrong I've not seen gw play and fort looked leak but that is why they play the game you never know

Very right Fort69 that's why they play and we talk about it and it shouldn't get that bad but if the same fc team shows up that played jb it will get out of hand and could get that bad I think. Again like you said I could be very wrong about my whole post and they might beat us like that. And like I said on your post I hope both show up and make it a good game but I just think fc is really that down this year after what I have personally seen. I also think that Radford might just be that much better than us and probably a lot of 1A only time will tell. Again good luck to the Fort and safe travels to all going.

GW will win this one, but I don't think I would go saying they can hang in there with anyone. We've already seen that that isn't true. GW is just on a rebuild moment. I think Beamer can grow into a really solid QB. But to think that those backs that left last year are easily replaceable is naïve.

I never said that Trey could easily be replaced just that we had Scrappy Wells and he is stronger and will hit way harder he is probably close to as fast and Tyler Hardin is back from last season. Like I said it's not that we are bad it's that Radford is simply that good but we will see if that's true tomorrow night with Radford vs Galax. Now I will say our pass D is bottom of the barrel the talent is there the kids just don't fully understand how to play those positions and are really young as a team.

G, I don't know if I can back you about your statements about Wells. Yes, he is a good player. He just doesn't have the "vision" Trey had. Sometimes its not about hitting harder or being faster. Its about knowing when to cut it up or out. Food for thought.

Oh on that I completely agree I've only seen 4 or 5 backs at GW with Treys vision he was amazing at hitting holes and making moves. On that point ill say we don't have that type of back but like I said as far as backs who will run you over or out run you we have them in spades.

Im excited to see what Hardin does. His dad was an absolute monster on the offensive line in his day. I think his senior weight was around 150.

I've always loved he way Hardin played from middle school; the kid works. Plays above his size, that's for sure.
