GW vs Galax thoughts

This is the battle of MAROON and as much as I hate to admit it but the Tide might was the Maroons away. I feel like GW can win this game and can easily compete with Galax. But in order to do that we must get our pass game going and we MUST slow that run game down for them. #1 and #15 are mean that will not quit running until until they are u der your whole D. I watch FC try and hit them in the hole and get drug for 10 yards. If GW comes out flat and let's Dixon and the Tide get moving it's over in a big way! If that happens then they will beat us by 5tds+ and make it look easy.

If GW can stay awake and play mistake free ball and make Galax stay honest we can and will win. This game has the potential to be a preview of the region C title game but it much be competitive for that to matter.

With all of that said you know I gotta go with MY MAROONS

Best of luck to both teams. I would prob have to agree on your fear that this one could be a lopsided affair! Gw has been playing good as of late but you said it when u said they are gonna have to play " mistake free" football. Easier said than done as we all know. If gw can pass efficiently and possibly get a couple of turnovers they might still be in this one come the fourth quarter! Have to wait and see tho. Getting excited about this one already. Gotta love fridays in southwest Va

Haha yes you do man imo best football in the nation fun wise. I've been Texas, cali and Florida and seen HS ball and none have has the same feeling as VA. TX wad close but not the same. And yes this game has me a little worried. Last year we had a monster team that was loaded at all positions. We have a very solid team this season but that Dixon factor worries me alot here. We can win but I'm gonna have to see ALOT more than I have to believe we really will. My gut tells me Galax-56 GW-21 but I'll never pick against GW lol.
