with rain in the forecast I am predicting a lot of quick passes and running in this game which would be good for magna vista to get back to basics. I think that this game will be a wet and nasty game but magna vista wins 60-6.
First half favero was switching every series.. not good i think akira was the better qb.. wait and see second half ..Can't make game tonight, not sure if Perkins will qb. I wonder if Faverro will put him at receiver since junior qb played well last week. Perkins is fastest player on team and very good receiver also.
Yes MV scored with under a min left.Is it 15-8 MV at the half?
He can run the ball. Hes not the fastest by any means, but he is a big guy and hard to bring down.. so far i think hes done good at finding open receivers, and him and the recevivers seem to have a better chemistry.Congrats on the Warriors' win last night. MV and GW are on a collision course until they play each other in 5 weeks. What's Greenfield QB style like? Dual threat? Pocket? I think MV has the advantage if Cam is at receiver in that game. GW's secondary is very shaky.
Pretty much like Shoalin. MV just breeds good QBs and receivers. I give you guys the advantage. Home and GW has won the past 2 so your boys want revenge. I will say GW's running back is a lot like Jacquez and is singlehandedly being GW's offense. Unofficially he's leading the state in rushing with over 1000 yards rushing already. If Scales is 100% then the Warriors could be a 2 td favorite IMO..He can run the ball. LB is a different team than the one Salem beat 23 of 24. Coach Harless has really got a good thing going over there. That OL is huge, running game is solid behind them. They play solid defense led by LB Noah Overstreet. Maybe the Salem-LB series can be reignited some day. (The OOD for the next cycle is a good one)MV's trend has been to get better as the season wears on. I expect the same thing this year. I'm not ready to book them a bus for Williamsburg yet, but it's possible. That will probably boil down to matchups in the playoffs.
And yes, I think they will handle GW ok this year.
I know their early schedule was not very challenging, but nobody had better sleep on Botetourt. They are the real deal again.
