I understand Page(nc) not playing the JV,but why isn’t Oscar Smith and Meadowbrook playing the JV? Oscar Smith JV,I believe,is 5 years undefeated too! Would be a great look at BOTH futures!
Yes! Springers will be ready to roll!
HS will play Avalon (Md.) The week before. That's a good tune up game for sure!
Already have my plans in place to come down for that HS/OS game. A co-worker of mine has a son that’s a Sr. lineman for HS and Coach Reynolds of HS played his high school football at Essex and was the DC for the 2009 Essex state championship team. Plus I get to see 2 of the states top programs battle it out.

This will be my 1st trip to a Smith game or any 757 game for that matter, been down this way for 2 years now and its time to dive into it, came from the good old Northwestern District up North, looking for a totally different type of ball down this way
with HSHS you will see well coached and disciplined play. A good balanced offense with a fast physical defense. Not sure about Smith with the coaching change, but I expect this to be a hard fought game with some exciting play!
I will be at the HSHS/Smith game as well. First 757 game for me. Smith will test the Springers but I’ll be surprised if HS loses a game in 2019. They are just that good. Machine.
You are going to see PURE SPEED on BOTH sides of the ball from BOTH teams,at every position on the field. You’re going to see lineman with LBacker speed. You’re gonna see power 5 skill players EVERYWHERE. The HSHS QB and Safety both hold a ND offer. The OSmith LB may be one of the best in the state,holds multiple big offers too. These are just a few of the over 20 combined D1 offered players that will be on the field. I love the fact this game is AT OSmith! This will be like a SEC clash at the high school level!

I saw them play Maury last year. As good as Maury was, Springs was 5x better. Made it look easy at times. They lost some really good players, reloaded with some serious talent from what’s being called the best JV team in the history of Virginia football. Malcolm Greene and a few others will be playing on Sunday’s in the next 5 years.
This years team has the potential to be one of the best, if not the best team to ever come out of Highland Springs and the Central Region ! I don't think you will find any weakness here, anywhere! We are going to scrimmage a loaded Freedom team this coming weekend. Fun times! Everybody is talking about our Jr. QB with a Notre Dame offer. The fact is.... we have 2 VERY qualified QB's battling for that spot!
