Had nothing to do with talent but had something to do about being a team.GW got better and Amherst got worse as the season progress.Fans,Parents and Coaches need to realize what happen and deal with it.

@DanvilleSportsHead biggest game in Danville since 1994 when GW played Annandale for the state championship!!! Could be more in between that time but none with the fan base that Salem will bring!!

Much better. A couple hundred. We needed to be louder tho. I think iyll be a bigger turnout next especially since the band will be back. In 2014 we had maybe 1k fans in Salem so I’d expect that to hopefully double or triple. Dan River is gone, Tunstall is gone, Gretna gone.. ALL of the the local teams are gone. Hopefully the community comes out and supports us. Salem will probably have a couple of thousand coming up.

Maybe we can all coordinate a meeting time. I enjoy meeting with and talking with like minded people. We like different teams, but we can agree on the love of HS football.
