I found it. 4,238, Bo Morgan, Clarke County, ended 1991. However, this list is from 2005.

Clarkes stat man told me 4246 at the Warren County Game, so I guess it's either 4246 or 4238, it is definitely held by Bo Morgan

I got a feeling what you saw on VA Preps was most likely correct, I asked Greg and he gave me that number after asking Casey, but either way Hunter should pass it Friday

I spoke with Clarke AD Casey Childs, who also played on the same team with Bo, he verified the record is 4,246 and that Hunter needs 69 yards to tie, 70 to break.
