Fun to see some Fairfax-Prince William matchups on the schedule this year.

--Robinson fumbled the opening kickoff, Hylton got the ball in great field position and scored to go ahead 7-0. Looked like it would be a blowout as Robinson went three and out their next two possessions and Hylton tacked on another touchdown and missed a field goal after driving deep in Ram territory.

--Down 14-0 early in the second quarter, Robinson put together their best drive of the night, opening up some nice holes and keeping the Bulldogs off balance by spreading the ball among their three running backs, before finding the TE Rothstein wide open over the middle for their first score. After getting the ball back, the Rams moved the ball again, but started running out of time and threw an interception as the half ended. Hylton was up 14-7 but Robinson had the momentum.

--Third quarter, however, went just like the first, as Hylton scored three times, one on a long run by Slade, while Robinson couldn't do anything.

--Robinson had a nice scoring drive in the fourth quarter while Hylton may have had some subs in, then Hylton ran off the last six minutes or so before taking a couple knees inside the Robinson 20.

Hylton looked good--offensive line gave Slade plenty of room to run, and unsurprisingly Robinson had a hard time tackling him in the open field. The transfer QB (Copeland) made plays, and except for the one big scoring drive in the second quarter their defensive line kept the Rams in check. Remains to be seen how they defend against a spread/passing team.

Robinson looked like Robinson.
