Jack Baker announced on Monday, June 12th that he is retiring as the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Maury High School in Norfolk.
Baker led the Commodores to eight State Tournament appearances and six regional titles during his 41-year tenure as Head Coach that saw him amass 746 victories. That ranks third all-time in VHSL history behind only Paul Hatcher of Robert E. Lee-Staunton and Bill Littlepage from Hopewell.
