The teams combined for 23 hits and the Pilots actually took an early 3-0 lead in the top half of the 1st inning. However, Maury was able to tie the game in the bottom half of the inning on a 3-run homerun by Barrett Peacock.

Jackson went deep on his final three at-bats hitting a 3-run homerun in the second inning and then smashing back-to-back grand slams in the 3rd and 4th innings.

Every Maury started had a hit as the Commodores finished with 13 total including four homers. Peacock scored four runs and Alex Radford scored three. Mason Litton and Paul Hall both had two hits each. Norview committed five errors.

Jeff Adams took advantage of all the run support to improve his record to 6-1 on the year. Adams struckout five while walking two and he allowed six earned runs.
