That report didn't tell us much. See if you can scrape up some info, Mike. We saw the lights on when we went by. I was driving so couldn't look over, but I believe there was a decent crowd in the stadium.
That clip showed nothing to me, a couple of the tops plays probably. I heard the LCA looked better than JF but not who scored the most

The atmosphere felt nothing like a scrimmage for these two teams. You could tell that both teams wanted to beat each other. JF coaches were red in the face and throwing hats/call sheets and LCA coaches and players were going nuts on good plays. And the cheerleaders and crowds from both schools were way into it for a first scrimmage.
LCA looked way more sharp than JF after 16 days of camp. They did 3 series of 10 plays each, 2 with starters and 1 with backups. In the first 2 series JF couldn't move the ball at all, LCA blitzed them like crazy and was way more physical. Lca's first offense scored 1 time in 2 series. Then LCA put there second team in and JF put what looked like a mixer of 1s and 2s in and ended up scoring then lca's 2 offense moved the ball against JFs mixed defense. Then they played a half of football, LCA scored a touchdown and a 45yd FG in the 3rd quarter with their 1s and JF once again didn't move the ball into LCA territory. Then the 4th quarter LCA went with 2s on both sides of the ball and JF stayed with mostly their 1s. LCA moved the ball on offense and JF scored once on offense.
When it was 1s on 1s LCA looked like the better team at this point in the season, they were more sharp, physical and dominate on both sides of the ball and when the went JF 1/2 mix vs LCA 2s, LCA bent a little bit but held its own. I think it was a very good first scrimmage for LCA and JF realized they have a lot of work to do.

Wow! You guys in the West sure do things different. Red faced Coachs? Crowds? Cheerleaders? An actual half of football? Did they charge admission too?
