Very physical game between two evenly matched teams.

I was very impressed with King William. The size and athleticism impressed the heck out of me. It's way, way, way early, but barring any major injuries, I would be surprised if King William isn't playing in Salem. I admit I haven't seen the other solid programs in 2A in the East this season, but King William to me, looks like the best team I have seen from the East since Goochland in 2018. I think King William is that good this year, and that is after a loss. It was clear there were first game jitters, mishaps, timing issues that aren't going to stick. They will be worked out with time and when they do, King William is going to be very difficult to beat in the East. But, have to admit, I haven't seen some great programs like Draft, Buckingham, or Poquoson this year.
