Senior Culver Lamb threw a perfect game no-hitter to send the Tallwood Lions to the Coastal-Conference 1 semi-finals with a 2-0 win over the Bayside Marlins.

Lamb, who committed to VMI, struckout 10 batters while improving his record to 6-2. The Lions scored all the runs the needed early in the game with the Lamb family making big contributions.

Sophomore Grayson Lamb laid down bunt in 2nd inning and Bayside made throwing error to 1st allowing Tyler Mcquerry to score from 3rd. Lamb helped his own cause in the third with an RBI single to left that scored Chris Ferguson for a 2-0 lead. Culver also hit a double and had a walk.

Tallwood will face First Colonial on Tuesday. The Patriots defeated Landstown 7-1.
