Thanks for all of you that "watched" us on the radio today. It was an honor to cover another State Championship and to be part of the media covering Riverheads dominating playoff run. It was our 3rd year in a row in Salem covering an Augusta County team. As broadcasters, we are getting spoiled, but hope it can continue.

Congratulations to both teams that fought hard in today's contest. Here is to being back next year for any of the Staunton/Waynesboro/Augusta County Seven.

while I heard only a bit of today's game (most of the 1st quarter) due to other obligations, I have to say you guys are honest and fair as I heard the entire Colonial Beach broadcast. The color guy does a good job working off the play-by-play guy. Great work.

Appreciate the kind words. We try to be fair, though it gets tough in the playoffs when we are covering our local teams vs those we are unfamiliar with from across the state. I am the color guy, so I doubly appreciate your comments. Thanks for listening.
