Region A and Region B will face each other next week.
Lancaster/Northumberland vs Cumberland/Riverheads

Ive heard tell that Region B is down this year. I saw the #1 seed cumberland's record as 14-8. Not sure what that tells you. Perhaps they've played some tough opponents.

As far as Region A teams- they are both playing well!!!! And seem to be peaking at the right time.
Both teams with very good effective coaches. Saturday night is going to a battle for the top seed- with LHS/NHS #4. Northumberland leads the series with 2 wins over the Red Devils- and the Red Devil boys looking to pull even. Better get to W&L early!!!!

Anybody have thoughts about the potential matchups next week. Don't know much about Cumberland or Riverheads.

Don’t no much about Cumberland either I know riverheads was ranked I thing top 5 in state but fell of they play mostly 2 A school in the area like R.E Lee (Staunton) And all the other good basketball programs it’s hard to have a winning record like that I know they got good three point shooters I said last month or so I strongly think an Region A team will be in the championship game this year
