Awesome!! Thanks, you guys always do a great job, if you cant be there in person listening to you guys is the next best thing.

But then LB fumbles it back and Riverheads gets a weird deflection from one receiver to another to get 1st and goal

LB takes it to the house. Nice move to juke DB out of his jock. Dances rest of way to end zone. Go for 2 and fails.
Riverheads 34 LB 32 2:57 2 Q

LB lost alot from last year and as i said after watching them play against Glass, Riverheads was gonna whip em bad.
Sad part is Appo getting torn a new one tonight by Heritage which is what i expected with so many of our players out.

It happened and was shut down extremely quick.
Couple of takeaways seeing it live
1. LB IS FAST AS HELL AT A LOT OF SPOTS
2. That is a fairly large line on both sides of the ball, damn
3. It was a fairly “clean” game with a maybe a few little extra shots going both ways.
4. Hate to do it but the officials were horrible.
Great game to see in person and fairly hospitable hosts.

I wanted to also ask if anyone is aware of how the official is doing that got injured last evening? He was was able exit the field on his own but got hit pretty hard.

Which side was doing that? Please don't tell me RHS.
I was just picking it up on the NFHS microphone, but since Riverheads was up by over 20 points at the time, I assumed it was the Riverheads crowd. But as someone later pointed out, it did not last long.
My view of the game was that LB had some players faster than anyone else on field, which allowed them to get some TDs on big plays. But Riverheads would just do their usual thing, where's the ball? tackle the wrong guy, and then somebody squirts out of the pack for a long gain.

I was just hoping that we wouldn't do that type of thing. As long as it got shut down quickly then it's not too bad I guess.
