Madison jumped out to a 11-2 lead. ER was able to cut the lead to 4 (I think) by the half. Madison built the lead to 14-16 most the 3rd and 4th. ER's #2 hit some LONG threes to keep ER in it but MC made their FTs to keep ER at arms link. Madison improves to 5-0.

This was a good game between 2 teams who probably expect deep playoff runs. ER was without Rogers. Saw him on crutches. Hope it is nothing serious.

Rogers hurt his ankle in the 4th quarter of the spotswood game and did not return. So it must be more serious than I originally thought. I hope he has a speedy recovery

ER hasn't beaten Madison since 2014. I wonder if they'll end that streak when they play at ER. Madison has just had their number lately. Hope Rogers is back soon.

ER came out and tried to press MC early. MC is very difficult to press. As a result, ER fell behind early and had to play catch up all night. MC on the other hand had a little more success with their press. I think for ER to have success, they will have to slow the game down and I am not sure that is their strong suit. I think with Rogers, it will be a very close game. Either way, it should be worth the price of admission.
