I consider myself pretty in tune to what Salem is capable of year-to-year but I don't think I or anyone else saw an undefeated season coming on the heels of replacing 18 of 22 starters including 10 of 11 on a D that absolutely mauled every single team they played. Credit to the seniors, especially Donte and Alex, who were the driving force behind the return after what they experienced last year.
This also gives Mags his very own state title(some groups within the fanbase liked to claim he won with Willis' players as if this was college) and frees him, I think, completely out from Willis White's shadow.
