Mark Poston takes over at Rockbridge Co.

He struggled to a 3-27 record at Nelson Co. over the last 3 years. Rockbridge Co held the same 3-27 record over the same timeframe. At Nelson Co, Poston didn't have the athletes to run the spread offense that he used at EastMont that resulted in a runner-up finish in 2010 (14-1). He believes he will have the players at Rockbridge that he needs to return to the spread.

Mark will face his brother Chuck in a district matchup this October when Rockbridge faces Staunton River. Rockbridge will move to the Valley District following the '16-'17 season.
