Great game tonight by the Warriors! Tonight was a regular season game and I feel their performance tonight speaks volumes for them. Nothing else to say but.... Way to Warriors! Let’s get ready for the Wildcats!
The Warrior OLine dominated the LCA Bulldogs all night long the D played lights out. Our backs ran for huge yardage and our QB was not sacked all night. A total dismantling of a very highly rated team. Warrior ball at its best.
Im gonna need to see a string of games and consistency before I get too excited. Seems though this team has potential to be great. I definitely feel like they have found their identity at key positions. Last night offense did great opening holes running the ball. Dryus played smart throwing, he picked up what he needed on 3rd down with a couple good slant routes. Lewis had a ok game with 5tds.. lol I think that LU scholarship put a pep in his step, he looked like a different RB out there running the ball, nice cuts and seeing the holes. Plus on top of that he limited LCA best player all night from making big plays. Defense DBs were all over the field all night. Preston took INT to the house, plus several break up passes by other DBs. Those positions are really improved. Linebackers and D line interrupted the backfield all night. QB didnt have much time to find his favorite target. Bout the only couple flaws I seen last night, are punts. MV had 2 blocked, one which led to the 1st TD. The other they let up a little in the 2nd half. I do think MV had 4 touchbacks on kickoff, and hit every PAT. Special teams overall looked pretty good. Great start to the year, against a team they werent to familiar with.
