Just my opinion and for fun and conversational purposes. I'm sure everyone would probably have a different version. The last 3 or 4 spots were tough.
1. Riverheads- Gladiators steamrolled Page. Look to be on a collision course with Draft in a couple weeks.
2. Sussex- Despite the huge loss of star Amari Hill, the Tigers shutout rival Franklin behind a ferocious defense.
3. George Wythe- Maroons put up 37 points in the 2nd quarter alone in a rout of Chilhowie.
4. Hurley- Rebels are 7-0 after their victory over Honaker. Will be in the hunt for the top seed out West.
5. Parry Mcluer- Behind their studs in the backfield and a physical defense, PM decimated James River. Covington is up next. Beware of PM if you aren't already are.
6. Galax- Defending champs have now lost two in a row. Can they bounce back in time for the playoffs?
7. Lunenburg- They have kinda quietly gone on a run since losing their opener. Now comes undefeated 2A Goochland this week for the district crown.
8. Fort Chiswell- Pioneers followed up their upset of Galax with another impressive win over Narrows.
9. Colonial Beach- Drifters shocked the Northern Neck and the state with their win over Essex. Now in the drivers seat to capture the NND title. Only two losses were to Sussex and Franklin
10. Patrick Henry- Dropped their first game of the season to Marion. How will they respond after this? With Humphrey they're capable of a deep run still.
