Definitely went for quantity there. Not always the best bet. A lot of "coaches" doesn't always equate to a lot of knowledge.
I find it sad that there was only one teacher in the building that could be used to fill out the coaching staff. I think it is difficult for coaches outside the building to develop some of those relationships, having an entire staff that only sees the kids for 3 hours a day may be interesting.
Certainly a different approach, good luck to them. If they find success, you may see more schools straying away from teachers as coaches.
