Northumberland High School's Cameron Seldon will be participating in the All-American Bowl on Saturday, January 7th in San Antonio, Texas. The game will air live on NBC at 12:00 PM CST (1:00 PM EST) in the Alamodome.

Cam will be playing on the East team as a Wide Receiver (WR). He will be # 24.

The All-American Bowl is the most watched and highest attended high school sporting event in the United States. Elite high school football players are selected from the entire nation, with most players coming from California, Texas, and Florida etc.

Cam is the only player participating this year from the great Commonwealth of Virginia (from Class 1 which comprises the smallest schools in Virginia - out of 6 classes).

Some players (recent alumni) of the game are Odell Beckham Jr., Ezekiel Elliott, Trevor Lawrence, Tim Tebow, Adrian Peterson and many more.

Since 2004, 533 high school kids who played in the All-American Bowl were drafted by the NFL (with 118 of them going in the 1st round).
