They lost almost all of the talent they had and what very little the did have left is young! And as far as coaching and the fans go they got used to winning for a 2-3 year span and when things went back to the normal ways like this season. They will blame it on anything they can except the fact that the talent isn't there and what was there dried up. This is not a hack at them its the truth I had 1 guy tell me that they had 10 starters out hurt which is BULL and I had another fc fan tell me that they had a kid quit mid game against GW. So take it as you wish its has a lot more to do with things that cant be seen than ones that can.
And as far as coaching GW is no better we had 2 coaches get into a fight this week because one of the coaches called Harner on his bs. I've never seen a man who has as much talent as he has at his disposal and messes it up. I'm one of the biggest GW fans you will meet but I'm telling you if you can pass the ball you can either beat us or make it a game. He has no clue how to run our D he steps the safety up almost to the line and then expects the kid to get back into coverage. Oh well he will either see that MAJOR flaw or Honaker will send us home by the half.
Anything out of the spread is our downfall usually. It seems like we've been playing "bend but dont break" ball this year.. but we'll get to see just what we have these next two weeks I guess.
And we went through the Carousel of bad coaching for about the first decade of the new millenium. We were very lucky to get a good coach finally, but man oh man those years were a mix of bad coaching and low talent. Hard times!

Who has GW beat this year that's any good mr Blaster that makes them a power house heck they was getting beat by 40 something at half by Radford LOL!!
Well first off I don't recall saying that we are a power house this year and yes Radford did have us down 47-7 at halftime and GW fans like myself stood there and took our medicine. Unlike you and other fc fans you get smacked in the mouth and blame it on the coach and anything else you can think of. We got embarrassed because we played like crap and paid for it and it woke us up. We have no pass D I've said it all season and if we cant slow down Honakers pass O down it will be the same type of game as Radford. And to answer you question we beat a team by the name GALAX! a monster of a team I don't care what anyone says that team is a sleeping giant and you and your crying horde will see that very soon. I hope you like blowouts cause you have a season of them coming

Trust me it will matter come playoff time! IF they start the season 1-4 they will have lost to Glenvar, Radford, GW and Giles. If you are going to start 1-4 that's not a bad 4 to get beat by. And as far as GW we beat 2 cupcakes and 1 really good team and if you don't care why are you even talking? And who is your team then?

Haha cool deal cause I speak my mind and give my honest opinion you mean. But that's ok by me ask anyone who I "Run my mouth" to and see how many of them can honestly say that if I'm wrong about what I said if I don't eat my crow. Or if a team is better than GW I will be the first to say so I keep it real about everything I say. And I definitely respect the football fan aspect of your post you should he down to Honaker this coming Friday and either watch a good game if our pass D shows up. Or watch a blowout if it doesn't and its really that simple.
But one thing I will say is I have a team it's GW and I will always defend my team and will never pick against them no matter who they are playing. If you see that as me running my mouth oh well this is kinda a site for people to debate there point no matter what it is.
The coach at FC now, was he at Carroll last year? Forgive me, I'm trying to follow this discussion but I'm not all that familiar with the far Southwest schools.
