Michael Parsons homered in the bottom of the 10th inning to give Norfolk Academy a come-from-behind 4-3 win over Collegiate School of Richmond.

Parsons, who will play baseball at Dartmouth, sent an 0-2 count over the right field fence for the walk-off homerun. He finished the day going 2 of 4 from the plate while relieving starting pitcher Spencer Estep in the 7th inning. Brett Pezzella earned the victory after pitching in the 10th inning.

The Bulldogs were held scoreless until the 5th inning when they tied the game thanks to two players getting hit by pitches. Nick Warden was hit leading off the inning and after a walk to Colby Worden, Luke Cromwell loaded the bases after he was hit by a pitch. Matt Dalton walked during an 8-pitch at-bat forcing home the first Bulldog run and Landon Porter's sacrifice fly tied the game at 2-2. Dalton finished with two RBI.

Both teams added runs in the 9th inning. Collegiate took the lead when Evan Justice led off the inning with a single and scored on a fielders choice from University of Virginia commit Will Allocca. Norfolk Academy tied it in the bottom half of the inning on a single by Dalton scoring Worden from 2nd. Worden had reached on an error and was moved over by a sacrifice bunt from Micah Whitmire.

Collegiate took the early lead in the 2nd inning on RBI singles from Allocca and Ben Greer. Justice went 6.1 innings allowing only one hit with nine strikeouts. Greer took the loss after three innings in relief.
