The refs were horrible. One thing I’m seeing in the Richmond area is refs letting the kids play. If it doesn’t impact the play, no flag. I can appreciate that a lot more than 100 penalties. The kids are already months behind in preparation, gotta let them have some kind of rhythm to the game.
