Freedom will not make the playoffs!

Freedom will not make the playoffs!
You can argue that freedom won’t win the region, but to think that they’re not going to make the playoffs at all? They’ve got an incredibly weak district SOS and their floor is 6-4 (4-2) at the absolute worst, and that’s pushing it. I’ve seen teams with a losing record make the playoffs, and a 6-3 team in Region B’s got a 75%+ chance of getting in. This isn’t the same team as last year, sure, and maybe I’m giving them too much credit for years past rather than the year present, but them not making the playoffs would be mathematically near-impossible.

The Freedom program moved over to Hayfield.
I leave for one winter and I miss everything evidently. Looks like that’s going well for them. See previous comment about being wrong on the internet: was familiar with the roster grads but not fully up to date it seems (yeah I know it was feb). Preseason rankings are preseason rankings. They’ll promptly disappear after getting bodied by Coolidge week 1.

I think last check, they had 15 transfer to Hayfield, including the star running back and last year‘s back up quarterback. I was starting to wonder if they were even going to have a team this year

They’ll survive. The fans havegot good energy. Nowhere near the same form though. Probably not making the playoffs this year barring some weird 4-6 scenario, which is unlikely in B

From what I heard Monday evening, they only had 19 players on the practice field

I think last year's Freedom backup QB is at Hermitage now but Hayfield got a transfer QB from St. John's.

Is that WR going to Clemson at Hayfield now?

yeah if all Overton’s PME kids followed him to Hayfield then it’ll be the same thing like at Freedom.
I don't know if all of his PME kids followed him to Hayfield, but I do know that "a number" (I don't know how many or who) have already been declared ineligible. However, just the addition of the RB, WR, and QB will make them formidable.

Wow. So did the ineligible ones go back to Freedom? I know their youth teams are loaded and i assumed they would all just go to the new pipeline.
