Can't speak on your other picks but Heritage will win region C. No other team in the region is even close to being able to beat them. Their offense is very efficient because they have a strong run game (44 points per game) and their defense is only giving up 12 points per game. Brookville would be the only team that might challenge them but even so, Heritage would win by at least 2 touchdowns as they did in the regular season.
Heritage might be a sleeper to make it to the semi's. Lol
James Monroe is not good. I don't even consider them a sleeper. BUT as weak as the region they are in they might just slide into the final 4.

SR offense gonna be too physical for Heritage defense. With that said. Weather could be the deciding factor. If it's really cold and windy or raining, which it very well could be, that may make for a long day for the more "athletic" team. Time will tell.
I think you said something similar about Heritage beating EC Glass and I think the Botetourt and Byrd people said the same about Staunton River.
Byrd would have beat Staunton River by atleast 2 touchdowns if Basham had played.
I won't argue that, could be true. Byrd is good and Basham is a game changer. My point was about pioneer and others confidence and overlooking the strength of their opponents . Heritage is good but Pioneer would pick them to beat the Hokies by 2+ TDs if they were on the schedule
I don’t much about Heritage, but if they can play disciplined defense against Staunton River they should be able to win by a few scores.
Man, pioneer4life is a big time heritage homer. He has an issue with SR. He's mad that Overstreet has outshined his boy Davis. Oh and at the beginning of the season he called for Heritage to go undefeated and for SR to go 6-4. He had them losing to JF,LB, WB, and PH. That makes him 0 for 4 in my book. Fixing to be 0 for 5 after this Friday night.
I don’t know my friend. They have some very questionable games but IMO they’ve played a pretty solid schedule in the second half of the season.
Oh yeah I went. My Rams got beat bad by Liberty. My boys will be fine. I'm passing on the VCU game Friday to see my Varina boys play Springs. They're hyped up about it and I love seeing young men enthused about playing sports and doing positive things. I'm happy for the kids and Coach Stu Brown. Really really really good man, plus he's from my neck of the woods.

Sad thing is DP, VCU plays UVA on the 17th, the same day of round 2 of the playoffs. If my Danville boys happen to play Salem or Glass, somebody will be getting free VCU/UVA tickets.
