After watching gretna several games this year i have to admit they have a very good running game however my question is why isn't #9 used a little more often in the passing game. Before the season the rumor was he had the potential to be the best receiver that Gretna has had in the past 10 years yet in the Chatham game i can only remember 2or 3 passes even thrown his way.Standing at 6-3 and 175 pounds he should be a very good offensive weapon yet he never touches the ball. Any thoughts pro or con from Gretna fans?

Idiot for coach. Brought good coach in for defense this year and you notice how much better defense is. Basically won three games for them. Have just as much talent on offense but schemes and play calling messes it up there. Threw to nine three times at Radford. Touchdown, pass interference, and long catch setting up game winning score. Watched Nottoway go man against our three recieved laying 10-15 yards off with eight in box around five yards of line of scrimmage and he runs the ball right into it play after play. Three and out one after another. He does not know how to run spread nor use his speed. We faster and they bigger and his theory is to run up middle every play. Where's logic in that.

I have seen #9 covered by defenses that I could get open against, yet it's a run up middle.

Passing the ball gets defense spread out and on their heels, then it's easier to run ball. Gretna should be scoring 50 points a game.
