If the Lady Dogs win Region C tonight, where most likely would I have to be travelling on Friday to watch the quarterfinal? Just trying to get a head start on planning when I need to leave work.

Magna Vista. This is what I was told the other night. Big gym, plenty of parking. Dont know which way you're coming but MV is just south of Martinsville heading towards Carolina.
