I've noticed that some of the Class 1 state quarterfinals are being played at a neutral site. Is that due to the size/seating capacity of their gyms? Is Westmoreland hosting at a neutral site or using their new gym? I haven't seen this for other classifications.

I noticed that Westmoreland's region 1A playoff games were all against NND teams. That's good for the NND that they got a number of teams in the tournament and they advanced. What does everything think about whether not playing any teams out of the district is a bad thing for their chances in the state tournament or is it a non-factor. I think it would have been good for them to see teams out of their district before the state quarter finals but I'm not sure it will affect whether they win or lose.

Teams "hosting" must have a capacity of at least 1,500 I believe. Westmoreland is having their quarterfinal contest at King George High School.

Correct Westmoreland will be playing at KG high school
