This is the final week of the regular season and with that said, here is how your playoffs would look...

#8 BT-Washington at #1 Hopewell/York
#5 IC Norcom at #4 Lafayette

#7 Petersburg at #2 Hopewell/York
#6 Tabb at #3 Phoebus

With the schedule for the 10th game Hopewell should be #1, Phoebus #2, York #3 (winless Bruton will cost them a chance at #2), Lafayette #4 win or lose against Warhill and Norcom # 5 but if they are upset by Washington (4-5) and Tabb wins as expected against Jamestown Tabb may on bonus points squeak ahead to #5.
As a heads up the Norcom/Lafayette game will most likely be on that Saturday afternoon as Warhill as a 2/3 seed will get priority at Wanner stadium for Friday night. Get to see two games that week,

@Lafayette Did the Gresham brothers that transferred there from 2A King William, see any playing time? One is a senior and the other a sophomore or junior.

The Senior was starting w/r and scored several TDs and also was a dB. He also was the primary KO and punt returner and was very fast and absolutely excellent hands- no fumbles from him. The answer I’ve gotten as to why he is no longer on the team makes no sense (some injuries). Who leaves as a starter, excellent player and after 8 games? I saw him on the sidelines in just his Jersey against Bruton 2 weeks ago. I saw no real injury so I thought they were resting him. Then last week against Poquoson no where to be seen, not on the sidelines like any other injuried player. Could it have been graded? I’m speculating but It’s very odd. He should be playing, I know he loves the game.
The sophomore brother is much bigger, very talented and continues to start on the D line where he is excellent. In a couple of years here he will be a real talent with prospects.

Thanks. I was winding how things worked out for them. That is odd about the senior brother. Well, good luck to you guys in the post season.
