#7 22.6 Petersburg
#8 22.3 New Kent

Is there any chance of Petersburg overtaking York if they both win this week?

Their game against Powhatan was never made up after it was postponed due to weather back in September.

Gotcha! I don't think it's going to matter much anyways as Hopewell has proven that they can win anywhere. Phoebus just need to be on their A game every round and not take anyone lightly as we have had a habit of doing in the playoffs the past few years.

I think this is Pheobus year. Yall should be 10-0! The "CATCH" wasnt a catch! I know this....to win in the 3A playoffs this year...gonna have to put points on scoreboard....Blacksburg is going to be tough. Gonna check out the Pheobus game on Saturday. I have always admired that program....Powerhouse and commendable.

I remember the game you're talking about. Even Lake Taylor knew that wasn't a catch, however I don't believe that one play cost Phoebus the game. It was a hard fought, physical, game that could've gone either way. Phoebus has quietly (if that's possible) been playing great football all season without making any excuses for anything. Coach Jeremy Blunt has done a terrific job with those young men. I think Hopewell and Phoebus are definitely on a collision course for a round II date. I also honestly believe the winner of that game will probably be the favorites to win it all...

Met the HC the other day. Great guy! Looking forward to catching all the Pheobus playoff games since they kept #1 seed. Hopefully they go all the way.

Yeah, that was a big win. Probably going to go to NORCOM/ Phoebus...dont know just yet....

Norcom is playing their best football of the year and I believe Phoebus has to raise their level of play to win this game and this is coming from a Phoebus fan. We have our work cut out. Norcom is one of the few teams that has equally as many or even more athletes than we do across the board. This will have to be a collective team effort by Phoebus or we will be home before December yet again. There's no getting around this, I am very nervous about this one. Norcom has nothing whatsoever to lose. I believe Phoebus will be up for the task even if it's a mighty tall task.

Depending on the weather for me, Dude. They are calling for an afternoon storm on Saturday and the last time I sat in the rain for a game I was sick for nearly a month. I promise you I'm not going thru that again lol.
