In recognition of the hard work Athletic Directors did during the 2020-21 school year, the VHSL has partnered with Virginia529 to recognize the efforts of these individuals. From Region 4B, we recognize retiring Spotsylvania athletic director Bill Swink.
Bill's leadership as Region Chair the past year was extremely impressive. His work ethic was apparent in the flawless execution of our Region events during the most challenging of years. In addition, the willingness to always be just a phone call away speaks volumes to his dedication to the 16-member schools' student-athletes and coaching staffs in Region 4B.
Bill was ultimately 100% about the kids.
