If they are played, I am sure there will be online coverage of the event. I'm surprised they don't move one of the games to today or try to find an alternate location to get them both in today. I agree with you that Mathews girls should dominate as I heard WP was without 2 of their starters last night. I had several computers and the TV up last night and were able to watch several games. I even watched some of the 5 OT game with Pulaski & Halifax as well as LC Bird and Manchester.
WP definitely looked rusty last night as did Auburn. Auburn looked like they never really got in a groove and Millirons played almost too unselfish. WP was able to escape as #0 hit a big 3 and #15 had some steals and big baskets in the 2nd half. Once they got a lead, Northumberland couldn't pressure their guards enough to bother them. If WP hits some FTs, they put the game away.
Mathews pulled away in the 3rd by dominating the glass and taking advantage of Charles City turnovers.
Hoping to watch Rapp County and Altavista tonight.
I haven't changed my mind yet - I still have Altavista playing PM in the state championship.
