Regional Championship site?

Question, someone please correct me if I'm wrong but if Lancaster boys beat Surry tonight, then the Championship game will be at Lancaster.....which means if Surry girls, the #1 seed beats West Point tonight and Lancaster girls win, Surry girls would have to travel to Lancaster as well to play Lancaster girls on their home court although Surry is the #1 seed...???

From what I was told if Surry or Franklin boys reach the finals the championship games will be at Sussex Central. If the boys final is Lancaster vs. Northumberland the games will be at Washington & Lee.
