I take it Casto does not like the Drew Brees or Brett Favre style of big plays, high risk football.
His style fits the Riverheads community and culture (as peck_7 stated) perfectly and it works like a machine indeed. Well done. Much respect.
Discipline usually does defeat speed. Now if you can combine the two, that is how you beat Riverheads. Easier said than done.
I still say that style of big big plays and athletes with discipline gives you (maybe) a good shot to beat them. Essex had the team last year to do it and missed that opportunity.
