I have been following the wildcats for long time now. I follow football and boys basketball. There definately a problem out there with the athletic director and some coaches. We keep losing year after year in most sports. I know alot of the kids there that are good athletes and not playn sports. So i ask questions why? And each kid has a story about how they have been done wrong. I know every coach wants to win but when you have kids who has been to all workouts, strength training and etc. Then they come to practice a few days before the first game and see a kid that doesnt particpate in any of the hardwork and he is going to be a starter, that really hurts these kids that has been has been working hard and showing dedication. I also have seen kids become a starter just because their parents work RBC or there parents have brown nosed the coach or have donated alot of money to the booster club. So you know what happens, they either quit and dont even tryout the next year. Also I have been told that there are some ineligible players and the AD is very aware of this and does nothing .With all this going on will we ever see a championship. I see there is no discipline with the football team and boys bb team. Got some players that can miss practices and have failing grades but on gameday are starting. What are you doing for these kids letting them think they can get away with anything. Back in the day when missed practice or have failing grades you didnt play no matter how good of an athlete you were. Coaches at RBC, if you want to see what discipline, dedication, respect and loyality gets you, just look at Riverheads football team. Congrats. I also go to some PM games and see great support from their fans which i dont see at RBC. Come on RBC lets fix these problems, lets get theses kids back that we know are good or going to be good athletes. Lets fill the stands up.

Just because you come to pre-season workouts does not guarantee anything.

Best thing you can do is when complaining do so without comparing "my kid is better than that kid" focus on what your kid actually does, even better have video proof.
