Rudolph had a no-hitter going into the 7th with 1 out with score 2 to 1 ... then the Warriors put 3 hits together to score the 3rd run and then the inning ended on an infield fly with bases loaded that was dropped unintentionally and runner from 1st was tagged out for DP to end the top of the 7th.

Warriors 3, Judges 1[/B]
WINCHESTER - John Bentley pitched a complete-game four-hitter to lead Sherando to a Northwestern District victory Tuesday at Bridgeforth Field over Handley, which saw Jake Rudolph throw a no-hitter through six innings.

The Warriors (17-1, 11-0 Northwestern) scored the first two runs of the game in the fourth inning. Chase Smallwood reached third after hitting a deep fly ball that went off the center fielder’s glove to bring in the first run, and Reid Entsminger drove in the second run with a sacrifice fly.
Handley (3-15, 1-11) scored a run in the fifth, but the Warriors recorded three hits in the seventh ... including a Jeb Brown RBI single ... to make it 3-1.
Bentley (6-0) walked two batters (one intentional) and struck out nine.
Rudolph struck out seven and allowed one earned run, and Brian Thomas added two hits for the Judges.

Hawks 3, Colonels 1[/B]
FRONT ROYAL - Skyline clinched third place in the Northwestern District with a victory over James Wood Thursday at Bing Crosby Stadium.
The Colonels (8-11, 4-7 Northwestern) were led by Addison Barber, who pitched six innings and allowed seven hits, no walks and struck out 10. Andy Kennedy went 2 for 3 with a run.
James Wood will be the fourth seed and face No. 5 Handley in Saturday's play-in game, also at Bing Crosby. The Hawks improved to 5-6 in the district and will face No. 2 Millbrook in Monday's semifinals at Bing Crosby.
