Step 3: Pay $55 registration fee online or send Money Order or Check Payable to ASSIST Student Athletes 1517 Huguenot Rd Suite 203 Richmond VA 23113 by January 15th 2016 to reserve a spot
You can bring waiver form to the clinic on the day of the event.
