Jillian Smith leads the Lady Cavs with a homer and 5 RBI. She also got the win on the mound as well. Payton Lewis and Bristol Myers added 2 RBI apiece. After spring break next week, KW will play a very good class 4 Atlee on April 8th.

Ive watched some King William video and man they look tough all around. And Rappahannock didnt look like a pushover. They looked pretty solid. Id say King William will be right back in the championship barring something crazy.
Yeah they're a real good team. They only lost one player from last year, but that one was star pitcher Taylor Johnson. But they have several capable arms in Jillian Smith and Payton Lewis that are still very good. Smith is a junior, while Lewis is going to D3 power Christopher Newport as a first baseman. Both also are really good at the plate as well. I'm sure there are plenty of other good teams out there as well. I know last year it was a battle just to get out of Region A alone.
