1D, in particular the Cumberland District, is gonna be wild. Four teams are all within one game of each other (Twin Springs, Rye Cove, Burton and Eastside) and all four still have games against each other. Burton turns around and plays TS again tomorrow and I know TS/RC play again. It's a shame, I feel like the CDD is better than the Hogo but one of the top four CDD teams gonna be at home in favor of a Hogo team in the 1D tourney

That really is a shame. The Cumberland is arguably the best Group 1 district in the state and all 4 teams are capable of winning Region D

I could be wrong and maybe they will take the top four from each district but I was under impression it would be top three from each district.

I think you're right. In recent years it's been the top 3 from each district

I'm almost positive it's top three v. top three and that sucks for the Cumberland, their fourth place team could probably win the Hogo or may be finish behind Northwood.
PM is clear favorite to win West but whatever 1D team advances will be battle tested. In 2D the M7 is better than the SWD but the fourth place team (either Ridgeview or GC) isn't clearly better than Graham but would finish second but the gap is not big. I think it's bigger in 1D between CDD and Hogo in basketball this year.
it'll likely be reversed in baseball, Hogo should dominate them.

I think Auburn will be in the mix in Region C and the West. They've played in a tournament in Orlando, lost to Liberty Christian Academy by 1, played Blacksburg twice, plus some other higher level teams. They've won like 10 out of their last 11 and in Ethan Millirons, they have one of the best in the state.

That's absolutely true. Auburn and PM both are better than the top of 1D. Millirons is very, very good.
TS dominated Burton today in the return game at TS, seems like CDD be decided next week when TS plays RC
