It really goes back to Central Lunenberg and the weak schedule they play year after year compared to teams like King William and Poquoson. Similar for Nottoway on those years where they are 8-2, 9-1, etc. They just don't play the schedule and they get exposed in the playoffs in a loss to a team usually significantly lower seeded (worse seeded) then them.

You're exactly right and that's what I've said too. And you're right about Nottoway from 2 years ago. They were undefeated and KW had to go out there for the regional championship and just smoked them like 59-12 or something. They were probably the 6th or 7th best team that KW had played up until that point, where as Nottoway hadn't seen a team like that. Of course, 2 weeks later the entire state knew how special that KW team was.
