Stafford High School, Stafford, VA; 5A Football; New School Building and Facilities; Offensive Coordinator Position Open; But Assistant Positions are open as well. Looking for teacher minded coaches with a kid first mentality. Coaches must have a strong willingness to learn new approaches and strong fundamentals first coaching approach. We will work smarter, not harder when it comes to preparing to teach our kids and preparing offensive and defensive game plans. Must be responsible and accountable individuals.If you are going to be working outside the building, must be able to commit to being accountable for start of practice and supervision after practices, plus coaching meetings on weekend!

Coaches need to be able to:

• Attend meetings on Sunday mornings
• Attend weight-room session Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 230 pm to 430 pm; Summer weight-room 5 pm to 8 pm.
• August practice 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm; coaches meeting 1 pm to 4 pm.
• In-Season practice 230 pm to 620 pm: on the field 4 pm 620 pm
