Keep this in mind with the power ratings. The power ratings used are the one's at the end of the regular season (after game 10). They do not "recalculate" the power ratings throughout the playoffs, so at the end of the regular season, whatever you have is what you finish with. So, as of right now,
In Region A and B, you have in order, Goochland, Lee, Luray, Poqouson
In Region C and D, you have in order, Union, Glenvar, Appo, Graham
Therefore, it's not about the highest "seed" in Region A hosting the lowest seed in Region B to determine home field. It's who has the highest power rating. There is also no need to put all 8 teams in order of power rating because that is useless. The State Title Game is on a neutral field, so you only need to worry about your side of the state. For example, for Poqouson to play in the state title game, they have to travel this week and win, and automatically travel next week and win, because all 3 remaining teams in Region A and B have a higher power rating. An example......Luray had the 4th highest power rating in Region B so they were the "4" seed in Region B at the start of the playoffs. Poquoson was the second highest power rating team in Region A, so they were the "2" seed in Region A to start the playoffs. If Poquoson wins and Luray wins, Poquoson travels to Luray, even though Poquoson was a 2 seed in its region and Luray was a 4 seed in its region, it's about which team has the highest power rating at the start of the playoffs (end of the regular season).
