State top 10 in 4a and 3a

Since no one at Preps is handling the girls basketball poll I'm going to take a stab at it. I plan on getting 2 coaches from each region and 1 other coach from either region to submit a top 10 list for the state then compile the list to create a top 10. Off the top of my head the coaches I can think of asking are:
4a:
Roger Smith- Woodrow Wilson
Adam Layton - Midlothian
Champ Hubbard - Fleming
Derek Fisher- Loudoun County
Maybe Sawyer LT or Starr Monacan


3a:
Chris Dodson- Spotswood
Chris Brown - Lafayette
Warner Dyke -Brookville
Randy Bush-Hidden Valley
Rob Lovell -Turner Ashby

Just curious, why there is no one handling the girls this season? My girls are pretty good this year.
