For Madison: Brandon Utz (215), Tyler Atwell (140) and Jarrett Brumett (135) were all district champions in their weight classes. Anthony Jewett, Andrew Riner, Baxter Helmick and Bobby Basta all finished as district runner-ups. The Mountaineers qualified all 14 of their wrestlers to next weeks Region B tournament at Cumberland High School.
Coach Mike Sacra was named the Bull Run District Coach of the Year today as well.
