Tonight's "Egg Bowl"

If I was his teammate he would have received a boot party in the lockeroom. It was original, but it was the stupidest decision ever. Quite selfish too.

It was really more than just that one bonehead play. There were numerous penalties and weird plays down the stretch and the officials did not handle the game at all well. For example, once they decided to flag the guy for unsportsmanlike conduct, they first said it would be marked off on the ensuing kickoff, but then changed their minds and marked it off on the PAT, which of course made a HUGE difference in the outcome. The announcers almost made it sound as if MSU demanded that it be assessed on the PAT. Oh well I guess that is just an indication of what these rivalry games can do to usually intelligent, level-headed people. We may very well have something similar to talk about right here in our very own state in about another 15-16 hours!

It's safe to say that Ole Miss pi$$ed that game away. Lol. Ridiculous behavior to say the least though.

The crazier part of the whole embarrassing episode is that the player who scored, Moore, was way more focused on his own individual celebration and attention than on his team’s amazing comeback drive.

No one would think of that idiotic celebration in the heat of that exciting moment. It was obviously planned way in advance in his mind and the funny thing (well, actually sad) is he thought it would make him look cool.

The head coach is a fool if he does not come down hard on that player....he will probably defend him as a good kid who got caught up in the moment and let him slide. Unless his boss steps in that is...

Former OM standout and current Seahawk DK Metcalf did same celebration either last year or 2017, he was emulating that I believe.
