Two Penalties during a kickoff

I saw this happen the other night and was wandering if it was applied correctly.

Team B kicked off and during the return, K1 was called for defensive holding at R's 20. At the end of the return, K2 was called for a personal foul, late hit at R's 30. They marked off 10 yards from the 30 and then 15 from the 40 and gave Team A the ball on Team B's 45.

Is this correct?

The holding foul would be applied to the end of the return. You didn't say where the return ended but since the late hit occurred at the 30, I'll assume the end of the return would be the 30.

Enforce the holding foul from the 30, 10 yards.

Then, enforce the dead ball personal foul from the 40, 1st and 10 from K's 45.
