Pass catchers usually performed the best during one-on-one drills because they know the routes and have time to execute since there is not pass rush. The US Army Bowl Combine reflected this with the most selectees as top camp performers.
Salem receiver Fabian Wells was recognized as a standout performer with his drill work and play in the field. I felt he was the top receiver at the US Army Bowl Combine and recently picked up an offer from Hampton University. Wells (6-foot-0, 180) already had an offer from East Carolina.
